20% of the weekly token pool are meant for users who have staked their IPT tokens and participated in the governance process. Rewards are given out proportionately to users’ shares in total governance voting points. Voting points are granted to those users that have been on the majority side in freeze votes and close enough to the average price in an expiry vote.
