The ISSUAA protocol with it´s smart contracts as the core of the ISSUAA market place was set-up as a Decentralized Autonomous Organization by the early core contributors of ISSUAA. In order to not only use decentralized technology but also beeing fully decentralized in governance, all governance decisions will be taken by the community of owners of the IPT token via voting procedures. There will not be any special rights for anybody once the ISSUAA protocol is live on mainnet.
